BGR Meal-Pro was established to provide Tasty, Convenient, Flexible and Cost Saving Solutions to Institutional Foodservice, Hotels, Restaurants, Cafés and Caterers through the supply of innovative Rethermalize & Serve (R&S) and Thaw & Serve (T&S) Food Products.BGR Meal-Pro also provides full contract and private label manufacturing solutions to help companies improve operational efficiency and cost control. Through the use of technology, we are able to reap the economy of scales to free up the manpower and heavy capital investment required to produce the products while allowing companies the ability to focus on other strategic business concerns.

Rigorous Quality Assurance and Quality Control standards are enforced to ensure all recipes are strictly executed according to our Standard Operating Procedure. Without the use of any artificial preservatives, we rely heavily on blast freezing to control bacteria activities as well as to minimises the deterioration in appearance, flavour and nutritional value of the food we prepare. Careful monitoring of cooking, freezing and storage temperatures as well as bacteria activities through every stage of the food preparation & storage process allow BGR Meal-Pro products to sustain a minimum shelf life of 12 months. Therefore, any unused products can be stored in the freezer for future deployment.
